Either way, LoveStruck will not post anything on your Social media timeline and we will NEVER use your personal information outside any communication between you and our Partner entities.

It could be provided at the time of registering with us, by subscribing to any of our value added services, posting material or requesting further services from The LoveStruck Company.

We keep records of your correspondence when you contact us for any reason whatsoever and we may ask you to periodically complete our surveys used for research purposes. Replies to customer surveys are not mandatory but responding helps LoveStruck improve it's services.

We do not store details of any Credit Card or Debit Cards that may be used for online transactions on LoveStruck’s website, when you purchase from us. Upon payment for goods and services on our website via the Interswitch WebPay portal, we will send you an automated receipt confirming completed payment for your order(s). If you encounter any network errors due to poor or unstable internet connection when trying to make e-payment on our website, we advise that you repeat the transaction. If you are debited more than once for payment(s) made, kindly wait 24 hours for an auto-reversal of the inappropriate transaction, contact your financial institution for further enquiries or refer to the FAQs section of our website.

LoveStruck is an online shop for Celebrations and therefore is not advertised as a subscription-based service. To cancel your automatic subscription to our Newsletter at any time, please send a cancellation request to info@lovestruck.ng at least 10 Business days before your intended deadline for removal. For security reasons, this email must be sent from the same email address that you use for your LoveStruck Buyer Profile in our database.
